1.  IPMA-D application procedure

The language to be used in the certification procedure is Polish.

Application should include:

a) an application form,

b) Self-Assessment Sheet,

c) Code of Ethics for the Project Manager.

Completed documents in electronic form (Excell / PDF) should be emailed to the CERT IPMA
Polska Office at: cert@ipma.pl.

2.  Payment

Upon payment of a fee of PLN 1,500 gross, the participant is granted access to the exam.ipma.pl platform, where online exams are conducted using the Moodle e-learning
system’s database of questions and quizzes. To get familiar with the exam format, please check out the IPMA-D Demo exam.

3.  Exam

3.1. Upon payment of a fee of PLN 1,500 gross, the participant is granted access to the

a.    only the passer may be present in the room where the online examination takes place,

b.  the examination must be written independently, without the help of third parties or supporting materials,

c. it is acceptable to have Individual Competence Guidelines – part 1 Project Management

d.    supervision during an ongoing exam includes: viewing the participant and the room in which the online exam is taking place,

e.  Examination questions are the intellectual property of IPMA Polska and it is therefore
forbidden to record, including taking photographs, screenshots and copying the content of the questions. Breaking the above will result in the examination being invalidated.

f.    The organiser of the examination reserves the right to take a screenshot (so-called print
screen) for archiving purposes,

g.  The Certification Office reserves the right to declare the examination failed if any of the above points are broken,

3.2. The IPMA-D exam kit consists of:

·            28 open-ended questions,

·             56 closed-ended questions.

3.3.  Duration of examination: 180 minutes

3.4. Navigation in the exam – discretionary, sequential pages of 1 question or by
individual indication of the question number. The answers to the questions are automatically
saved after the time limit (180 min). The result is sent within 14 working days to the e-mail address provided in the application.

4.  Login instructions into the egzamin.ipma.pl system

4.1. Login into the egzamin.ipma.pl platform

       Start your web browser and go to the following web address: egzamin.ipma.pl

To log in to the system, please enter your details in the “Login” box (on the right):

• username: first name.surname (lowercase without Polish characters),
• password: Firstname.surname1 (Uppercase first letter of first name, others lowercase,
  without Polish characters, number 1 at the end).

The first time you log in, the system will ask you to change your password to your own.

You will be asked to change your password.

4.2. Access to courses

      To access the courses that contain quizzes, select the My Courses -> IPMA-D AJS, IPMA-D
DEMO category after logging in to the platform. Clicking on the name of a quiz opens its
description and content.

4.3. IPMA-D certification exam

      On the day of the exam, the participant will receive a message with links to the video conference and the exam, as well as a launch password. From this point, the participant has 180 minutes to answer the questions.
