What will your tasks be?

Strategic Portfolio Management

  • Portfolio performance reporting to the Global Operations management team to support the informed strategic decisions.
  • Coordination and monitoring of projects/programs dependencies, deliverables and benefits realization.
  • Analysis of resources usage and future resources needs to ensure effective portfolio realization.
  • Prioritization of new initiatives to achieve specific strategic business objectives - evaluation of Business Case fundamentals for projects.
  • Responsibility for Project Management System & PMO, including coordination between local and strategic portfolios in Operations.
  • Establishing multidimensional communication and professional cooperation with stakeholders and business partners at all levels of the organization.

Strategic Project Management

  • Managing strategic projects within Global Operations.
  • Sharing Best Practices in Project Management with other Project Managers.

Project Management Office

  • Facilitation of PMO activities.
  • Responsible for Project, Program & Portfolio Management processes & standards within the organization.
  • Support team development activities and workshop planning.

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing simultaneous projects, ideally with experience in project portfolio management or in PMO.
  • University degree required.
  • Experienced with project management methodologies, ideally confirmed by a certificate (IPMA, Prince 2, PMP, PfMP, P3O, MoP, etc.).
  • Basic financial knowledge to support business case development.
  • Collaborative with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, able to develop strong relationships with peers and stakeholders.
  • The ability to work well in a team-oriented and multi-cultural environment and analyze decisions with a broad perspective.
  • Strong MS PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI skills.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Ability to travel – 1-2 per month.
